Described by Elvis Costello as "one of the best practice studios in the world", Bakehouse holds a special place in the hearts of Melbourne and International touring bands alike. With rooms of all sizes, from the "Metal" room for bands on a budget, through to the world famous Scrap Museum (a favourite 'lock-out' location for John Cale, Beck, Courtney Barnett and Judas Priest to name a few). Bakehouse caters for everyone from experimental soloists to the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
Bakehouse run two 5.5 hour rehearsal sessions daily:
Day Session: 11:30am to 5pm
Evening Session: 5:30pm to 11pm
