LOCATION / VENUE HIRE FEES

If your requirements at Bakehouse fall outside of a standard rehearsal, please inform staff as separate fee structures apply.

Filming and photography, showcases, events, workshops, conferences, recitals, or any project involving an audience or images being taken away will incur a different rate from our regular rehearsal prices.

Projects which involve corporate branding are priced on application - please inquire before use.

We’ve put a lot of love and effort into our rooms at Bakehouse, and our location & venue hire fees are part of the way we’re able to keep standing! We greatly appreciate you supporting us by getting in touch before taking any images away, so we’re able to give you an accurate quote.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FILM BOOKINGS AND LOCKOUTS

Bakehouse Studios require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations of regular bookings, and 7 days notice for any bookings across consecutive days (lockouts)*. *Cancellation Policy also applies when changing your booking to another date, if this change is made inside the 48-hour window of scheduled rehearsal, or within 7 days of scheduled lockout.

**Make up sessions are valid for 1 month from the original booking. When booking in your rehearsal, please state that you would like to use your make-up session and reference your cancellation invoice number so we can note that in the booking.
